So I've searched, far and wide, but no resolved questions so far. Diane's Warrior started running rich, and getting hard to start. Off with the carb! I found the pump stuck. Freed it up, cleaned and some crocus cloth. Moved freely, until I put the fuel bowl on. Then it refused to return to the up position. It's not a spring issue, needle nose pliers won't move it until I loosen the fuel bowl screws and wiggle the fuel bowl. The shaft is not bent, and again, the pump piston moves freely in the bore of the fuel bowl. Anyone deal with this? How did you get past it? Thanks!
