Getting closer. Still got the cut the front fenders, mount bumper, gripper seat and i bunch of little things.

Got the bumper mounted and seat done. Also have a nice staple mark in my finger. Still need to trim the front fenders more. Wish I could find black or blue plastics

Got the saw out and cut up some fenders today.

When i purchased it the tag said Rampage bumper.

Well its been 3 good weekends on it and other then the float sticking one day. Runs great

Time for an update.

Well ive been messing with it since its winter. Up on my to do list:

Big Bear cooler (have parts)
Blockoff plate with new clutch lever(need to purchase)
Flipped front rims(done)
Im also rhino lining the tank cover and the hood in black along with my wheels with a polished lip(soon to be done)
New chain and sprocket(need parts)

Any ideas on sprocket sizes? Right now Im running a 12t front and stock rear which is 40t I beleive. My tires are 22x11x9 Im not really worried so much about high end as I am low end. I trail ride alot and dont really leave 3rd much

this build brings back memories of my first quad, it must have been the same year as yours. paid 275 bucks for it with a warped axle and no breaks. Here's a pic after i fixed it up a little.

Just get done rebuilding the carb. Did the Clicker pen trick. Wish i would have done it awhile back. Also put on my blockoff and new clutch lever.

Got my new chain on, new adjusters, blockoff plate and some little stuff. Wish it wasnt so cold so I could powerwash it

looking good, shifter looks a little low for me personally, looks like new tires also
