2007 Raptor 350 Not Starting

The quad has been sitting since September without being started... the quad will crank, but it wont start.... the battery is at 13.11 Volts and the spark plug is new... any suggestions ?

does it have spark, does it have fuel, does it have compression? if you have all three of those things then chances are it will run
