Yes it will tighten up more with weight on it. I put a couple bags of sand on mine to weigh it down some when I adjust the chain or replace it.

What kind of paint did you spray on the exhaust? I have a stock pipe thats a bit rusty but I didn't think paint could cover it and stand the heat?

Ok my 87 warrior has a chain stretched to its max im sure. The tensioner is fully extended and there is way to much slack. I noticed my lower chain roller is pretty chewed up and the chain runs underneath it. That doesnt look right to me. Is it suppose to be above or below the lower roller? I...
