    You can use Gumout carb cleaner as well that works pretty good, but like alex said, make sure everything is out of the carb, seals and all. then give it a good cleaning. I normaly do a fully cleaning on my carbs prior to a full rebuild, this way i know the carb looks new and runs like new.

    i use fire power carb and choke cleaner, EDIT: When i use the carb and choke cleaner with everything tore apart and in peices just the shell is there, i use the cleaner with some rags and pipe cleaners. this way you can get all the little tiny spots that get build up with dirt

    Okay so i got good news, and bad news lol... Got it fired up and again today, A wire jumped out of the holder and the fly wheel split the wire.     Well the stator is fried... Don't even got spark with pull start... Well its looking more like a junk pile for this damn headache... What would cause the stator fry??

    i bouht a rm stator with the new pick up coils and installed that today, she ran fine, and the charging system works great, it ran for like 10 minutes breaking up alot but managed to keep it running then it just died and i have no spark at all.

    Hello all again This damn warrior is pissing me off lol . So I put a new stator spark plus coil etc. Fired right up with electric start ran for about 10, minutes now no,more spark again.. would the rectifier on the 87 have anything to do with no spark? I don't know if the stair I just put in...

    hello everyone i kinda got an odd issue, well i charged my battery fully no more clunking but i got another issue. pull start works great nice spark and fires right up. now the electric start no spark.     its a new battery and i never did a full charge on it... i was too much in a rush to ride so its my fault really. Its a NAPA junk... ill just put it on charge over night and then ill be good to go.

    okayso this am, in the snow i triedto start my warrior. the starter did not clunk ans it turned over smoothly, but then the battery started to die again and started to clunk slightly... gonna putthe battery on a slow charge over night tonight when i get home.
