It should I welded a piece of 2" square tubing in it after the original disaster.. lol I'm just worried about the the frame holding together.. I've never given it a true shake down run, and the motor vibrates so bad it might shake itself apart! I guarantee I'll be missing a few parts at the end...

At least with the 2nd gen you have more A-arm choices.. Not like the 1st gens, your really limited to what you can do to the front end. On my quad I flipped the front wheels, and I'm running 2 inch spacers on the rear. But it's not really that wide.... It did make the quad feel way more stable...

That pilot jet is pretty fat for a 350. Try going a few sizes smaller, and check your float level. Is it a PE round slide carb like this one?? http://www.keihincarbs.com/carbs/pe/gate.html

Ya the starter clutch is on its way out.. It could make that snapping noise for awhile before the bearing finally lets go. The noise is the fingers in the bearing falling onto flywheel, and catching just a bit as the crank stops turning.. You might wanna grab a new bearing, and flywheel just to...
