Little update here. Still have the same warrior, a little different parts on her now and a new stronger motor coming soon. Here some updated pics of it. Motor is apart now due to some bent shift forks, the bottom end is all fixed up and together. Waiting on the jug and head from machining. 39mm...

    96’ “RED WARRIOR”

You'll be very happy with that motor combo. Very nice low to mid range. Now you just need that bumper 😉

    Keep blowing out intake manifold!

If you need an intake for an FCR I can make them.

    Won't Start?

You may need to Ohm test the stator. It may not be getting a good enough spark? Have you tried bump starting it?

    Wire harness impossible to find??

No, the banshee and warrior are totally different

    87warrior917's riding pics/vids

It had a Banshee 350 rear shock. I have a 660 rear now and hate it. If I can't find a nice banshee rear for a good price I'm going to switch Thank you! It's been around for a while and just to fun to let go. I still have the 87 frame and parts, someday I'll put it back together.

    Keep blowing out intake manifold!

Zoom Zoom makes a nice aluminum intake for the stock warrior carb, I would go that route. You won't break it again

Did stator, ignition coil, CDI, new plug, checked wiring harness.

Those are the tie rod ends for your steering. You should be able to search 87 warrior 350 ball joints on ebay or Google and have them come up for sale. They thread into the a arms.

For anybody wondering, after a full partout, 2 kids and a raptor 700 later i still have the same old warrior. Although the 700 is my hill killer of choice the warrior will stay forever and be passed onto my son when he's ready. Long live the warrior 🤘🏼

Literally randomly got on for the first time in forever, searching for cam info. I miss this forum, wish everyone would come back to this.

    Hot Cams break-in Instructions

My old motor with a Hotcam I never did any of that lol except for the cam chain. It needed replaced. My new motor with a web cam I just installed it with assembly lube, ran a few heat cycles thru it, changed oil a few times and called it good.

    99 Warrior/Swingarm Pivot-Bolt/Spacer Issue

The pivot tube could slightly be warped from the factory after welding. Even my lonestar is the same as you described. If it were mine, I'd let er eat and ride lol
