want to bore out 350 to 366

The 366 piston is a great upgrade. Pair that with a stage 1 hotcam or a web.390 cam and a good port job and itll make a warrior much faster. My 96 is built with these parts and its a much powerfull than a stock engine. Check out the details in my sig. There are quite a few of us on the fourm...

    Carb Upgrade Question

So I have a mikuni flat slide carb that came off an early suzuki 250r and im curious if it would be worth swaping this onto my 366cc warrior. Fairly sure its a TM34 so it has a 34mm bore. not sure what the warrior carb is since i havent pulled it off to measure it yet. I already have the carb...

    The Tank Build

:loco: x2 on the not riding it with the swing arm like that. Ive never seen it in person but just biased on what i know from taking structural design classes for my engineering degree there is no way you could possibly keep the same strenght even of it is reinforced with angle iron. not...

So back in the 90's the previous owner of my warrior bought it new had a performance kit installed. I still talk to the guy and from what we have been able to come up with im pretty sure the kit came from trinity racing. At this point most of the kit is long gone but ive always wondered what...

    Compression for 336 piston

For all those out there with the JE 366 what compression readings do you have. Mine is a 10.5:1 ratio. I don't remember what it was when i first rebuilt the motor and its way down on power lately so im gonna start checking things out this weekend to see whats going on. Im really hoping there...

    Tire Balls...

Seems like the tireballs have already been dismissed as an option but let me give you the scoop on them. I should mention that i work as a dirtbike mechanic National Enduro racer so i deal with tireballs on a weekly basis. First off i should point out that they are almost more work than they...

    flush mount valve stem

i had mr. gasket flush mount valve stems on my brothers old blaster for years with no problem at all. i also have a set of warrior wheels with two stems in them that i havent ever had a problem with either for that matter. i just liked the idea of having the flush mounts because a valve core...

best front tire for trail riding

the oldschool holeshot xc's are what i run. ive tried several different fronts and these seem to hold up the best for me. there six ply and ive never had a sidewall get punctured which i cant say for most of the other tires ive had.

    Good Starter Brand?

like the title says whats a good brand starter? seems like ive been replacing them on practically twice a year and this its rediculous. ever since the original starter fried after 10 years of service ive had a ton of aftermarket replacements and they all failed somehow.

    mudlites or bear claws??

bear claws hands down. ive run both the mudlight's and bearclaws and the bearclaws far outlasted the ITPs and the Itps were more expensive. plus the 22" bearclaws look flat out awsome on the back of a sport bike. (btw every bike i own right now has bearclaws) also even though they dont look...

Heli coil in head keeps pulling out

either do what duner said or try these. its like a helicoil but its a solid peice of metal so it cant pull out nearly as easily. ive used them before and they work really well if theres enough space to fit them since they are m10 on the outside. plus then you are putting a bolt into steel...

    rock run for fall break

rock run is definately worth the trip. i was out there the week after fishers atv reunion and we pretty much had the place to our self. Spent two full days there and it was really good riding. I really like how the trails flow together nicely. I rode for about an hr straight crusing at like...

    best trail riding rear skid

x2 for PRM. I personally dont have one on my bike but ive seen them and havent ever heard a bad review of there products. One peice of advice is dont worry about weight. The thicker the skid the better and if possible you definately want one that covers the shock linkage. Also just a...
