Carb Issues

I would clean every passage very well before rebuilding it. Use an air hose and blow through them all. Don't need to spend extra money if not needed.

    3000lb winch install

That is awesome, I am totally going to plan a trip to see that. I am not sure what to say about the shocks? I seen a fellow had a set of reservoir shocks off a 700raptor on kijiji for $150. I called and got the dimensions but his shocks were 16.25" center to center for front and 15.25" center to...

    Promark XT series 3000lb winch

Where did you hook up your positive and negative for the winch solenoid? Did you connect right to battery? Seems really odd that you burned out all the wiring on the quad with a winch install?

    3000lb winch install

Welcome to the forum, where do you live in Alberta? I have never been to Crowsnest for a quad trip, didn't even know there was anywhere they would allow quads to go there. I bought the mounting plate and syn cable from Cycle Works in Red Deer.

What offset do I need for new rims?

Well got the new rims and boy do they look spiffy. Only problem now is the front tires are 3" wider than the rear tires. I guess the fact that the factory front rims were 12x6 and the factory rears were 12x7.5" instead of the 12x7" for all the new ones really will make the difference. I really...

    3000lb winch install

Upon looking at it some more I decided that a winch lead saver would be kind of nice to have on this. I decided I would make my own and put a "Canadian" spin on it. https://www.flickr.com/photos/101281012@N08/14370361236/"]...

    3000lb winch install

Due to restrictions on quantity to post I had to break up my write up: I began by following the instructions with the mount https://www.flickr.com/photos/101281012@N08/14206896660/"] https://www.flickr.com/photos/101281012@N08/14206896660/"]DSC05362 by...

    3000lb winch install

Good day folks, I just got done installing my winch on my Wolvy and thought I would snap a few pics of the install. First thing I did was get all my parts before I even began the project. Since I really disliked the look of the factory bumper color I repainted the bumper and grab bar black. Much...

What offset do I need for new rims?

Good day all, just did a quick search on rim offsets and I wanted to be 100% sure I am ordering the right thing. I have decided to upgrade my rims and I want to put some itp ss 212 rims on. They come in a 12x74 on 110 bolt pattern. If I have read everything correct I would need to get a 5+2...

What Size Jet is everyone running in their wolverine's

Good day Right now I have the stock machine living in an elevation of 2800'. I was thinking of starting with a good air filter, power tip and then tune the carb, till I get a pipe at least. Anyone have any suggestions on what size jets and on the adjustable needle, what groove would I run it in?
