    You figure it out mine does the same thing hit the start button cranks over and over.... just pull the recoil a bit fires right up...

    When I go to start my 98' wolverine it cranks over fine just wont start then if I give a little pull on the pull cord while it's cranking over it fires right up... can't figure it out... I changed the small relay and the solenoid...new starter too....

    350 air cooled overheating

    You might be running too lean.... But if you do go too slow you will overheat. I installed an electric fan and problem solved. Had to make some brackets but otherwise it simple. Just a switch and turn it on when you need it.... I used a pusher fan from Spal Fans It's the 5" model.

    clutch Your clutch is out of adjustment.... Look on the pull start side you see a flat head screw with a nut on it look at ur manual on how to adjust.....

    Just wondering if anyone else has a water sensitive wolverine? Mine get wet it stop almost running. If it stalls out it takes for ever to start it again. Just seeing if it's only mine that reps this.

    Well finally last week i figure out the jetting it ran like a top. Started without touching the choke or throttle... so this morning i fire it up just to warm it a bit before i took off for the day.... So a bit later i go to start it i get a click....then nothing so I check my battery full...

    That's weard Mine is total opposite it starts like **** when cold but excellent when warmed up Plus to start it I have to bring the idle screw way down to the point of stalling for it to start. If I don't it kicks hard on the starter. I posted a vid of it in another post.... Just wondering if...

    I have a problem with starting my old 1998 wolvy I put in a stage 1 cam and now it doesn't start to easily I tied starting with the choke still isn't any better. It also make a knocking sound while it turning over in the starter. Once it starts an warms up it starts perfect. Just can't figure it...
