    Question about valve seals......

your local bike shop is full of ****. the valve seals are right behind the valve ajustment caps. The head does not need to come off. there are special tools that use compressed air to hold the valves in place while the valve springs are compressed and removed to replace the seals. ANY mechanic...

    Need help with CV boot

depends on how it is made, usually you have to separate the outer joint, the shaft should have a clip and needs to be pulled or banged out pretty hard from the joint. Then you put the boot on the shaft, push it so you can handle the joint and bang it back together. use a brass or hard rubber...

    Rear spline problems!!!

Ebay... Don't mess with them, if you weld or jam or whatever then when they do strip it will be a real bitch to replace. Just do it now before it blows.

    how to set the valves?

Uh, you don't set valves, you adjust the valve lash to rocker play so they don't 'clack', but there's no way to 'set' the valves for performance. The only reason you would play with the valves is if you put a cam in, but the only cams I've seen for a wolvy use the original valves. For the price...

Rear master cylinder rebuild kit for my 02?

then it sounds like it might be the plunger in your master has reversed. The master is easy to take apart, tis happened to mine and all I did was take it apart, and put it back together with the plunger in te rigt way, didn't use a rebuild kit, but I had no wear. If you're worried, just order a...

Whao before you keep jetting. I snorkled mine once and I went 2" pipe off the carb, replacing the airbox. valve adjustment on a 2000 wloverine 350

Check at cold, find TDC, remove cam cover and line the mark on the cam sproket with the mark on the top of the opening, remove the little plastic plug on top of the engine cover right behind the pull start, there should be an 'F' or a 'T' lined up with a mark inside the threaded hole. Make sure...

    2002 wolverine prob

Jeez, exhaust leak would cause backfires in the exhaust, but not the intake. Chaeck your chain tensioner. Sounds like it could be a timing problem, maybe a jumped link. Check engine compression first, if it's no good, uh oh. If compression is good, Check your timing. Pull of the cam cover and...

    Wolvy trouble

Your battery is definitely weak, replace it. After the battery is replaced get a mechanic to test your magneto output to make sure it is charging properly. So, Battery, change it, definitly weak, magneto, get it checked, needs secialised equipment to test.
