    What to do?!?

Update: I finally got somewhere that I could run my quad wide open. I found that it sputters at high rpms in any gear and in neutral. I pulled the choke and it still did it. I did a plug check, and it's a nice tan color. It idles fine, throttle response is crisp, and it doesn't backfire...

    Skid Plates?

I made a belly plate out of a stop sign for mine. It's not pretty, but it works good. Buzzes a little, but since it was free, I can't complain.

    Eating up front brake pads

I think it's because I go flying into turns, slam on the brakes at the last second, then wide open out of the turn. Fun, but hard on the brakes.

    Eating up front brake pads

I ride about 2-3 times a month. Mostly trails, some mud. My rotors are scored but not warped. It's probably the mud that eats the pads now that I think about it. The trails are tight and twisty, and I ride through them as fast as the quad will go. I think I need a sport quad...maybe a Raptor.

    Eating up front brake pads

My front brake pads only last one season of riding (Apr-Aug). I trail ride mostly. I ride very aggresively. Is that just the nature of the beast? Am I expecting too much out of the pads? I've used HBC and Tusk pads. They last about the same amount of time. Thoughts?

What Size Jet is everyone running in their wolverine's

I just put an HMF performance pipe, K&N filter and 145 Mikuni small on mine. Runs like a raped ape now.

    What to do?!?

I put the HMF pipe, a 145 main jet and K&N filter in today. It really wakes up the motor. It idles fine, and has crisp throttle response, so I guess the main jet change was all it needed. Wheelies are easy now with just the throttle. If i tug on the bars, it will stand straight up. Fun times!!

    What to do?!?

My stock exhaust has rusted out on my 05 Wolvy. I'm about to pull the trigger on an HMF slip on and a K&N Filter. Here's the question. Should i just change the main jet like HMF recomends, or get a dynojet kit and do the main, needle, fuel screw, and drilling? Thanks in advance. boomsling...

    Stupid parking brake

I can't get my parking brake to work. I adjust it, then it only works a few times before it's out of adjustment again. Ideas?

    mud in the carb

I had the same problem. I put a fuel filter on the vent line that runs up to the air intake. It keeps the dirt out of the vent line. No problems anymore.

    Warn 424 Button sticks

My Warn 424 button sticks all the time. Usually when i put it back in 2WD, the button won't pop all the way out and it goes back to 4WD. I have to use some pliers to make it work. Ive taken it apart and cleaned it a million times. It seems like the spring in the knob is worn out. Anybody...

    Dirty Head pipe

I guess going through deep mud when the motor is hot sort of bakes the mud on it. I try to clean it off every time i ride but it's starting to become a pain in the azz, so i just leave it there.

    Warn 4-2-4 Select

i didn't have to remove any body work or bumper either. took me about and hour. the worst part was the bolts that hold the front diff on. they were tight!!!!

Considering a few different tires for my 350

I had some 25" mudlite with the deep traction lugs. They were great in the mud, but too heavy in my opinion for aggresive trail riding. I took them off the Wolverine and put them on my Honda Foreman and they are a better match for it. Anybody try the Holeshot ATR's?
