Bought this carb not knowing and it constantly leaks. No matter what you do. I've adjusted the float height 6 times and won't stop

So I have 2 warriors. One is an 87 and the other is a 03. My question is, why is my exhaust note louder on my 87. Both have the same exhaust and header and jetted the same.

The time has come to let go of my 87. I have spent many hours on rebuilding this. Ive replaced everything needed and only needs a pull start rope or a starter. The electronics work and all bearings were replaced. Asking 1200. Has maher plastic.

So I got used a-arms and didn't like the color but the bearings were fine. So I sanded down to bare metal. Now what should I do? Keep in mind it's all diy and I can do almost anything. Post with options.

I just went to a 147.5 from a 145 main. With a hmf series 1and a uni stage 2 air filter. 1.5 turns out on the af screw. The issue im having is it seems to idle fine, then rev up, then idle fine. No bogging out or wot or midrange issues. No air leaks, timings on, and fresh 93 octane that's fresh...

So my 88 is sick. I went from no lid to a clamp on filter. And she wouldn't run so I went to basic carb tuning and she started and ran. So I burbed the gas and she went snap, followed by a big rattle and died. I'm thinking broken timing chain and /or valve. It's not seized and pulls smoothly...
