    Why upgrade carb?

So I searched over the forum and I couldn't find anything on this specifically. What exactly is the point of upgrading from the stock carb? Is it just for convenience and simpler maintenance? Does the design of different carbs enable better throttle response? Is it a combo or maybe something...

    Warrior for Blaster or 250

Lookin to trade the Warrior. I ride all woods, and it's time I tried out a 2T. How different will the Blaster and 250 be? I feel like the Blaster will have enough power for me (230 lbs.). What would have to be done to make the power feel the same? I feel like the Blaster will be better because...

    Synthetic to Conventional Oil

Recently discovered that it's bad for my clutch to have oil with friction reduction additives like the synthetic does. But also learned that it's bad to switch from synthetic to conventional. What do you guys recommend I do?

    Vheap Parts

So I broke my clutch lever trying to pry out the cable. Ended up buying an 8-dollar one off of eBay, which got me to thinking...are cheap parts always unacceptable or is there some stuff that has the same quality either way? Like, I would never go cheap on something as important as an engine...

    Warrior Clutch Lever Compatibility

So bought a clutch lever because I broke mine try in to detach the cable. After I boughtnit, I got to looking at the post and realized that it said '02-'04. Mines a '95. I compared the pics to my old one and they looked pretty much the same. Was there any variation betwern the levers?

    Quad for Dad

So, I'm trying to find a quad for my dad. He said specifically that he wants 4wd and that he didn't want to feel like driving a couch like the new huge bores do. So far I've found an '01 Arctic Cat 400 4x4, a '99 Polaris Scrambler 500, and a '96 Yamaha Grizzly 600. Prices are 2500 (wiggle room)...

    Drive Chain Tension Loosening

So every time I go on a ride, I find my chain is way loose. I always check it before I go and make sure it's good. What could be causing this?

    Stock Machine vs. Mod Weight

So... what's y'alls thoughts on stock/as close to versus heavy modding? They obviously both have their downfalls and benefits. From my point of view, these are what I can see... Stock benefits include: Manufacture recommended More options Well-rounded, not centered for a single thing...

    Breaking 2nd bead...

Anyone have any advice on breaking the 2nd bead on a tire? 1st was rather easy, used a bottle jack and a truck hitch, but I was able to put air in the tire. I obviously can't, now that one of the beads is broken...the tire just collapses on itself when I jack. Thanks for help!

    Cause of pickup coil failure?

Hey guys, I have a '95 Warrior with K&N filter & the White Bros. slip-on. Here's the story. When I got this quad (about 6 months ago), the pickup coil was out. It took me awhile to figure this out since this is my 1st Warrior, and it ended up taking about 2 months to get the quad running to...

    OH or near surrounding riders??

So I searched "Ohio" in this forum and all of them seemed to be pretty old, so I figured I'd start one! Where do y'all ride at in Ohio or near? I live in SW Ohio, right by Dayton, and ride at this tiny little place called Big Maples Farm, which is directly adjacent to Hueston Woods.

    Chain Adjustment

Got a '95 Warrior, and the chain adjustment system is pretty messed up. The chain puller on the left is stripped to hell, and the big bolt on the bottom of the carrier makes a sound when I loosen it that hurts to listen to. Any advice?

Temporary fix for broken exhaust stud?

I got a '95 warrior, and it has a broken exhaust stud. It has a good one holding the header on, but has some wiggle room. Is there any temporary way to hold it on good, just for this weekend for a ride? The stud broke off outside of the head, and I've tried everything short of welding a nut on...
