Make sure your wiring harness isnt grounding or shorting, check your switches, and heard someone who changed their regulator and fixed the no spark problem? Also where'd you get the stator/coil? There's a chance the coil is DOA bit doubt it since there's a reading from it.

Possibly. But it's after the petcock, so if you can see fuel flow in "Reserve", but not in "Fuel", I'd suggest a petcock rebuild.

If your tank is full and you're not getting fuel flow from the tank, it's a petcock problem

It's just the clutch pull. Basically putting Raptor clutch pull parts on and rerouting the cable. I can get you a parts list if you'd like

13-40 is stock. Best upgrade IMO is filter + exhaust with jetting. Direct shifter and easy clutch pull are 2 cheap mods that improve ridability exponentially.
