Been tinkering some more since the heat and humidity here seems to have produced a stutter/miss on quick acceleration but seems to lessen a the temperature/humidity drops. It's pretty annoying. Anyway I've tried all kinds of jet combinations and needle settings. Now I've dove more in depth with...

    Hazleton/Freeland area

No I haven't seen any around this year. Not many riders either so I guess there isn't much of a reason.

    Hazleton/Freeland area

Let me know if you want to make the trip out this way. I am willing to go other places too so if you are planning a ride sometime let me know I'll take a trip. I do not have a RAC permit if you ride out there I couldn't go. I have been to the AOAA before and it was ok.....again I was solo though...

    Hazleton/Freeland area

Anyone around the Hazleton/Freeland area that rides (or wants to ride the area)? I ride several times a week but most of my buddies are too busy with work or kids. Just figured I would see if anyone was around that would want to ride some time. I'm usually out by myself.

Ran it today with the Mikuni 25 pilot and 155 main installed. It ran WOT for a few miles when I got it on the road and pulled all the way through 6th with no sputter or flat spots. From idle through WOT I noticed no issue at all.....a few small misses maybe 2 times but I don't know it was...

If I were to jump on Ebay or Amazon and buy one Minuki jet.....the 155 would be the best guess at this point from what I read from others with similar mods/elevation. Anyone disagree with this? If the 155 doesn't pan out I'll have to go smaller I guess.

Yeah I've read that and mostly all other posts online about jetting a raptor 350 with a pipe/open box. Most people don't say what jets they used.....so the Phoenix kits are higher numbered I guess (thanks to the info posted in this topic they are the same as Dynojets) which I never knew. So that...

Is that 25/152.5 in dynojet or mikuni jets?

Sorry that is the phoenix jet number.....I should have said that.

The pilot that came with the kit is a 25. I also have the stock pilot that was in the carb here with the extra parts.

    Hmm ok. Just doing some research on that then.....This chart shows the Dynojet vs. Mikuni jet sizes. DYNOJET/MIKUNI 150 140 152 142.5 154 145 156 158 147.5 160 150 162 152.5 164 166 155 168 157.5 170 160 The area I was playing around with is highlighted. Something seems off...

The plug currently looks tan/brown when I checked it last. The jet kit recommended starting with a 165..... So that's how I ended up with the 160. Being it runs correctly through all ranges at this point I'll probably just leave it alone with the 157.5 in it then. I actually don't see any...

Hi all.....first time poster here......hoping someone might be able to give me some advice. First of all I'm mechanically savvy.......but this has been my first experience with jetting an ATV and had a hell of a time with it so far. Let me start from the beginning. The bike is a 2006...
