The Zoom Zoom carb is a single cable carb if I remember correctly.

Seems like you may need a new throttle cable or at lease lube your old cable if it is hard to operate.

What is wrong with it?

Two years on my ZoomZoom carb with no problems so far.

And by the way it is a fuel screw not an air screw on that carb. But with just an FMF pipe I would not change any of the settings on the Zoom Zoom carb without checking out the fuel delivery system and the manifold boot first.

You did get the Zoom Zoom for the Warrior collect? That carb should need no adjustments with only an FMF pipe on it. Make sure your fuel delivery system if not clogged somewhere and it is providing plenty of fuel to the carb. Also check for cracks or tears on your manifold boot.

Yes the one I have is still working great! And for the price you pay for them if they ever start giving you a problem it is almost as cheap to buy a new one then try to fix it. A good rebuild kit and 2 cans of carb cleaner will run you almost the price of a new Zoom Zoom carb!

If the plastic is not all scratched up or broken you can make it look like new with just a little work and a few tricks.

Are they the GBC xc masters ? If so you will love them!!

Yes 22x11x9 GBC xc masters will fit very well. I just bought a set of GBC xc masters and they are the same pattern as my Maxxis Razr2 tires I have on my Z400 for almost half the price. GREAT 6 ply tire!! :tup:

Yes PB Blaster is A LOT better then anything else I ever used! :tup:

Try spraying some PB Blaster in the splines then let it soak in for a few hours after that tap it a few times from the inside with a hammer.

A fully charged 12 volt battery will have closer to 13 volts in it then 12 volts.

Battery is new but is it charged full? Check the voltage on the battery!

Did you check to see how many volts are in the battery?

Just buy a brand new Zoom Zoom carb on e-bay for $68.00 shipped and you will be very happy. I had all kinds of problems with my stock carb and as a last resort I bought a Zoom Zoom carb and my Warrior never ran as good as it does now! :tup:
