    warriors are not popular anymore so the amount of people on the forum are down in numbers also. NEW carb screams i dont know how to clean my OEM carb or jett it. all these carbs are junk. OEM is the best. Get an OEM one then start to dial it in.

    Warrion Fender replacement

    87-04 is all the same fenders. Raptor ones bolt out with different tabs. Just buy the warrior fenders. Maier makes restyled ones...atleast they did not sure if they still do or not. Findin rear fenders are easy but fronts dont seem to exist used.

    After while of guy at shop messing with things, he found my 65T starer gear was binding on the flywheel. A gear that was not binding before rebuild was binding after rebuild. Odd, however we both since the 1st owners kid was in there putting possibly chineese replacements in...cant verify...

    Blown intake manifolds

    You need to replace the intake manifold with a new one. Holes in it will cause nothing but problems. New ones for the warrior are about $25. Dont buy Chinese cheap ones, they are softer rubber and wont last. Zoomzoom parts makes an aluminum one for a few bucks also just buy oem and bolt it on.

    mechanical parts are the same, electronics can change. anything can used and swamped over as long as are from like year are used.

    warrior motor cases are same for all years 87-04. about only thing to change was wiring and frame on 1st gens.87-88

    13th number means year. In PA this is how we get titles. Bill or sale notorized at notary, then send that copy into the state, DCNR with application for title. ALways have the state run the vin number before buying in case its hot...if hot get ready to have a 3rd degree fellony...i know all...

    Almost done. Taking it to work Thursday to finish the welds to connect muffler and the mid pipe bracket holder I made. Next in the bracket I made convert to 2nd gen hood with out using wire ties which was my 1st idea. I had welded in the frame cross tube for more support and future tie down...

    dont see why you cant just unwrap it look at the schematic and fix it all up. Nothing hard about it. Normaly dont know why people need to rip into them and have wires all over the place...they are not a part that dont. I used a 2000 or so wiring diagramfor my 88 and not much was different...

    One thing is how wide your front end is and if your wheels are offset. Other reason they can suck to turn is when your rear end is wider then your front yet. I did read up and realizied micky dunlap was the FST guy...not saying hes a bad guy or good guy. Ive delt with him on 3wheeler websites...
