you probably need to clean your key slots on the crank and the flywheel and/or get a new flywheel key, the key should sit snug in the crank and excessive force is not required to put it back on
yeah, if the motor isn't turning over enough to turn the flywheel fast enough to create an electromagnetic field in between the coils it won't have spark
this needs to be posted in the wanted section, but welcome to the forum! the electronics change about every 5 years so you'll need a harness for a 96-01 warrior to work.
