i'm lookin for a single cable carb for my warrior 350. somethin before memorial day if possible. can leave me a message on here and i'll try to get back as soon as possible. also lookin for a throttle setup for it, either thumb or twist don't matter to me so long as it's cheap haha. thanks!
dunno if this helps at all but i've got an 88 bike with an '03 swingarm and everything bolted right up on mine. haven't had any problems with it and it's been a year so far.
just out of curiosity... do you guys prefer twist throttle or thumb throttle and why? personally i like the twist throttle better for riding long durations on trails because i found i don't get thumb fatigue but i haven't found one that holds up as good as the thumb throttle. also note any...
i just used regular marine grade grease in mine. don't forget to put a zerk fitting on the housing! it's one of the best and easiest things you'll ever do.
i've got wooleyboogers on mine and i absolutely love em. i hardly ever get stuck and their still light enough i can accellerate up the hills in wellsville just fine and i can go through just about any mud hole i can find. just be careful what size you go. if anything run wider on these, they...
you wouldn't happen to know anyplace that makes SS lines in that style do you? otherwise i'll prolly have to go the route of buying calipers from a newer warrior.
i've got an 88ish warrior with the rubber brake lines and i've never really been satisfied with how well they react when i wanna stop. now they have a leak somewhere (bout time) so i've been looking into the braided stainless steel lines. has anybody else done this to their warrior this...
hmm... i'm just perplexed that a stock cable from the same split cable setup still has the same problem. maybe i'll go to Roush and see what they say about it even though they'll charge me an arm n a leg for a new cable =/. I'll be at Rumble on the Ridge this weekend. when/where are you gonna be at?
I have one of darn Warriors with the 3-cable setup for the carb and it's killin me. I had the thumb throttle assembly sieze on me at the handlebars earlier this year and so I replaced it with a Motion Pro twist throttle (just for kicks and it was cheap). The cable it came with seems to have too...
