Got it figured out. Seems like the starter/air jet was the issue. Not sure if it was clogged, I just swapped it with another one and it’s all good

Been fighting with it all day. Again. It will idle fine with the 22.5 pilot jet, but no matter what main I put in, it stumbles and bogs badly. I can rev just a bit if I’m super easy on it. I went from 145-160 with no change. I tried a 25 pilot and it will rev good, but won’t idle at all.

Just ordered a set of pilot jets. I have a jet kit that came with my wife’s Raptor 350 that has a variety it mains, but no pilots.

I recently replaced my top end with a “big bore” 366. On my first time out after installing everything, I experienced the engine cutting out when I would slow down to stop. Ran great as long as I was giving it throttle. Idles fine as well. I have a slip on and a uni filter. Thanks in advance!

Well I used common sense and looked at the wiring on my wife’s unmolested quad. Seems that the light blue wire runs from the switch to a relay that’s missing from mine. Just ordered the relay, now to find a decent way to connect a new wire to the switch

I guess maybe I could start with a couple questions..where does the thick blue wire go from the sensor, and what wires would the factree light be?

I have reverse taken care of. There was a tiny bit of a wire left on the neutral switch by the shifter. I don’t know where to go from there
