    Carb leaks gas!

    Take appart and bent the little tab up or down so it stops. Leave the carb in place just adjust as needed. Turn on fuel and it will either stop if your float is parallel to carb housing. If not it will overflow. Cant figure this out let a shop help you as by this point it povrs you shouldn't...

    Hood custom help pleasee

    That was not custom either. Guys just bent sheet metal and painted it. Use cardboard lay toy pattern out then form it out of thin gauge metal from hardware store. Most riveted them on. Use alum 5052 or stainless steel. Make sense?

    warriors are not popular anymore so the amount of people on the forum are down in numbers also. NEW carb screams i dont know how to clean my OEM carb or jett it. all these carbs are junk. OEM is the best. Get an OEM one then start to dial it in.

    Warrion Fender replacement

    87-04 is all the same fenders. Raptor ones bolt out with different tabs. Just buy the warrior fenders. Maier makes restyled ones...atleast they did not sure if they still do or not. Findin rear fenders are easy but fronts dont seem to exist used.

    After while of guy at shop messing with things, he found my 65T starer gear was binding on the flywheel. A gear that was not binding before rebuild was binding after rebuild. Odd, however we both since the 1st owners kid was in there putting possibly chineese replacements in...cant verify...

    Blown intake manifolds

    You need to replace the intake manifold with a new one. Holes in it will cause nothing but problems. New ones for the warrior are about $25. Dont buy Chinese cheap ones, they are softer rubber and wont last. Zoomzoom parts makes an aluminum one for a few bucks also just buy oem and bolt it on.

    mechanical parts are the same, electronics can change. anything can used and swamped over as long as are from like year are used.

    warrior motor cases are same for all years 87-04. about only thing to change was wiring and frame on 1st gens.87-88
