    $200 Quad

Great find!!! ^I can see it being a wheelie machine, wheel base is quite short on it^ You don't see too many like this these days!

    Shifter Mod..

I've used the custom design for the big bear cooler for years now, no issues yet. It would be quite some **** luck to bend the shaft, I've never even heard of it happening on quads, just dirt bikes. I would think the shift lever would get tweaked before the shaft, but it's always possible I guess.

    motor spins backwards?

In the service book it says to rock the crank back and forth to remove any slack from the cam chain while rebuilding the top end so yes it can, I wouldn't keep spinning it backwards though.

is a fmf megamax pipe good???

Thanks, ^^^forgot about Big Gun^^^, they also make some good stuff. Alba makes a decent pipe, but everything becomes more of a rip off daily there lmao.

Oil Pressure check after oil change

If it's only like half of the way in it will start spraying and dumping oil everywhere. On mine it only took a few times of turning it over with the starter (the pickup coil was bad so I didn't have spark). Basically you want the screw to be backed out from the copper washer a little...

is a fmf megamax pipe good???

Any of the exhausts will do really if the price is right. If you want the best out of one than stick to the most preferred around the site. The pros always recommended a White Brothers E series or Pro Circuit for the warrior/rappy motor. The HMF is a good one at a fairly low price also, and...

    Motor build complete

Finally got everything back together and some new pics. I just about replaced everything besides the crankcase, frame, plastics and such. I'm currently replacing the axle bearings and front wheel bearings, and just completed the ignition coil and stator. The only things left to do are the...

    BoxHead

I really like the .430 web cam, the low end is no issue for trails. Once you hit around 4000 it really pulls you hard though. I set the lash right at the suggested numbers and set the dyna on the top end curve and it flies. The Magura gasket kit from motoman set very well, but the true test...

    BoxHead

^^^How about those^^^ It's running fine, I even pissed off a neighbor doing the full camshaft break in and piston ring seating cruising around the neighborhood. I'm tackling the axle bearings now, they got a little play in them. I don't want a broken case, then I wouldn't be able to go on a...

Scotts Performance Stainless Steel Oil Filter

The OEM ones last forever, why spend the extra cash? The manual states it can be reused unless the metal gets all bent up or such. All you have to do is spray it out with aerosol degreaser such as CRC then rinse and dry. I only replace it when I get lazy, they stay in good shape besides when...

    Oil pump longevity/reliability

Has anyone on here ever had to replace the oil pump on their warrior/rappy? Mine is fine, I was just wondering how well they've lasted on the older machines out there mostly. I don't think I've ever even heard of one taking a dump on this motor.

    Wont stay running

Only good thing about the clymer manual is that it tells you how to make your own special tools for jobs if you can't flip the bill for/can't find the yama tools.

    turning over-slapping

Check out the tutorials, it's in there. You just put the web address from the pic at photobucket or such right in the middle of the img codes.

    05 yfm350

That's the clutch sensor bypass. You just have to be careful that you have it in neutral, that switch cuts off the motor if it thinks the parking brake is on. You'll want to leave it off of there trust me!!! Just shift all the way down and do the half click back up before starting or check...

    turning over-slapping

You probably will be!!! ;) They don't seem to hold more than a few years of regular use without starting to make the noises. What a piece of crap... Check your bore and piston to make sure it's not piston slap. When the bore becomes too worn it can enable the piston to wobble a little, I...
