OK I'm sorry for what's transpired and I have pmed Pacific offering a full refund. I'm done doing any of the mods I was doing and I'm going to take down my own threads. I truly do not know what's going on with me, what's happened isn't the usual me. If admins want to remove my mod status I...
For those of you that have noticed my absence and those that havent, I decided a public explanation was in order. A some of you may know back in May I lost a good friend/coworker in an accident, which in itself has messed me up in the head for a while. Main reason there is of all the friends Ive...
Apparently my luck is ****. Still running fine, but somewhere between Black River Falls and the after getting home the left rear tire got deep scratches in it. So deep it actually punctured the tire. Tires still look new, so I guess at this point Im gonna end up tubing that one so I can still...
Depending on which method you go with your depends on how the oil is picked up, but the oil pump in a warrior puts out more than enough pressure to make up for the cooler and lines. A past member had a pressure gauge tee'd into his and verified it. You can use big bear parts or clutch cover mod...
It may help clean some stuff out of the carb, clean carbon out of the intake side and combustion chamber, among other things. Obviously dont use the full can even with a full tank, even though it is petroleum based. At most 1/2 the can at a tank. I try to do it once a year, if I remember to!!!
He's right. There is no master link and frankly Im glad there isnt, since a master link is the weakest link. The only way to do a timing chain on a warrior/raptor 350 is to pull the stator cover and flywheel, which if you have the correct tools can be done in under an hour.
Before Id even do plug chops Id see what you have in there already. 1 that will tell you if its been jetted at all before and while you are in there you can clean the carb, so your fueling is consistent during the plug chops.
Another Rotella 15w40 user here, with the engines primary cooling being air a diesel oil at that weight is perfectly fine! Not to mention if your anal about changing your oil alot, it wont break the bank.
I have a raptor Yoshi on my warrior. I dont know if its the same model as mine, but I had to add a few inches and make a custom mount for the muffler itself. Raptor pipes mount forward a few inches from where the warrior mount is. My custom mount pretty much is an adapter, using the warrior...
I had mine do the same. I may be as simple as the flywheel isnt seated enough, or the spacer that goes thru the cover isnt getting the proper torque. Last time I replaced it I made sure both were good and Ive been good every since. Knock on wood!! LOL
