Now I'm going to tell you one of the problems that my warrior has. Some time ago I changed the rear shock absorber to that of the 1999 TRX 400 and to apply this shock absorber I had to make a modified air filter box. The quad starts well both cold and hot, but when I go to 3 quarters of the throttle or full throttle the quad starts to bog and fail, does anyone know what it could be? I also noticed that the timing chain is stretched too much and the engine doesn't stay in place, so sometimes when I'm trying to start it, it backfires. Could one half a tooth make this happen?
I just replaced the ignition coi, tested the stator and pick up (both are fine)
Carburetor is cleaned and adjusted.
Can some one helping me please?
Thanks from Portugal 🇵🇹
