Help with wires, no spark

Don't understand why these wires are twisted together....was riding my 98 warrior one day , no spark the next.....took off the front plastic to see, and this is what i found (bought it used so no idea).....with this have to do with no spark , thanks in advance

wow that is a big mess you have. unless you can find what goes where i would probably look for a new harness.

If I had to guess I'd say the black/yellow going to ground is bypassing the clutch switch and the green/yellow the parking switch, but that'd be backwards because that circuit needs to be open to work?
