Guys I'm rebuilding a warrior engine that the crank went in it. When I took the piston out, I noticed the numbers on the top of it were 1yw. My older 87 warrior piston is a 1uy piston. They look identical. But wonder why they have different part numbers?? Anyone have any insight?

Been trying to install a newer rear carrier on my 87. Got the top bolt in, but the bottom one will not line up correctly. What have others done to make this mod work? I want to keep the 87 swinger on there. Anyone?

I picked up an 87 warrior tonight and it has a bad crank. I found a newer engine for a couple hundred bucks. Can u put a newer engine in the older frame?
