About a month ago I rebuilt the head on my warrior. Iv ridden maybe 6 hours and already the head is leaking and its smoking when first starting like the valve seats are bad.. So from my experence dont buy K&S gasket sets off ebay !!!! :argh:

I noticed today my warrior has no rollers on the drive chain. It has the square that the chain runs through but no rollers. Is this normal or am i missing something ?? :???:

Can i reuse the copper washers on the head bolts ? I ordered new bolts but my gasket kit didnt come with new washers. If i take some sand paper to the washers clean em up real good will they leak

Quick question, I have the stator hub (basket) whatever it is called off my warrior. when i was putting it back on I noticed the half moon (woodruff) key is kinda offset.. The half that catches the hub is offset from the part that catches the crank.. Is this normal someone please help....

My warrior seems to have to much compression, i can pull start but it has to be in 6th gear or just locks up the wheels. When i try to start with the starter it turns over a few times then the starter kicks out making a lound clinking noise. I just replaced the starter clutch so im guessing it...
