well grease is grease... i used never cease because that sleeve was rusted to my old axle. but it hadn't been taken apart in seven years... just use any kind of multi purpose grease. i would use purple 76 but thats just what i have laying around.
First of all I have to say nice job to Deadlast on the stickers he made. Pretty sweet.. And very high quality stickers.. here's what i did with mine.
as you can see i had to slightly "edit" the second picture sticker haha.
you should go buy some 100 w bulbs... :D that would be awesome. haha and did you just use a tester to find out high/low beams. although you probably just used the high beam part? and did you fuse them?
I have gave this a lot of thought and i just want some help. How does cutting your fenders affect riding up in the woods, mud, rocks, etc? I couldn't imagine it making a huge difference in the sand but the woods are what im worried about.
it looks used. you can most likely take the axle to any hardware or auto parts store and they can order one or you might get lucky and they might have one online. i would check ebay first though. and god for bid dont ride it lol
haha just seen this thread and read the 4x4 peices of wood. lol just a story i split two 4x4's and 2 2x6's i had to say good bye to the axle which was already bent, and we beat on it for two straight mins with a 4lb sledge after soaking it with wd-40 over night. PAIN IN THE ASS! if your already...
i might do this to mine now that i see how good it looks. the trim is black on mine but it would look a little better without that extra inch on there.
