    Thanks Boxhead. I hope your right. This noise has gotten more prominent over time. I got the quad used with the White Bros pipe on it and it was jetted. It has always ran better than a Warrior should, maybe it's cammed. IDK. I'll just run it and when it gives out I'll know what's up! :o lol...

    My '02 Warrior has had this top end "tap" . I have adjusted the valve clearance 3 times. I know I have it right. Only thing I notice odd is when I go to TDC, the "T" shows through the hole, the valves are slack, but the index mark on the cam gear is about 1/4 inch to the right of the index mark...

    Well from the connectors to the stator is the part I am doing away with. The harness itself is fine.     Warrior won't get up and go

    Kinda late- but did you check the electrical? There are safety switches on the e-brake system- I removed mine and had to complete the circuit by plugging the two leftover plugs together.

    Who has Banshee shocks on their warrior?

    I like my Banshee fronts- nice ride. The rear came off a Banshee, but their after market. Not too hard to put on, did it mostly myself (boyfriend had to feel he was a part of it, so I let him help)LOL I am pleased with the difference.
