What kind or size of flush mount valve stems do you guy's use?

My 03 warrior will only start and stay running with the choke knob all the way out. Just got it with a k&n filter fmf mega bomb with no hole on the end of the silencer but that's all I know,looks like the stock header. It's kind os hard to start got to get it just right to start then work it out...
