When you rebuilt the top end did you replace the timing chain as well? If your jettings are stock. Turn the air and fuel screw complacently in and do 2 complete turns out for the base setting. Run it then adjust it to make it run better on idle.

Timing may be off a little bit. Double check the markings, make sure they are precise.

Replacing my clutch pads and looks like the basket is broken and don't know if I should replace or will it be fine to use? One of the holes are broken This is what I worried the most . Will it still work or no?

I used a c-clamp and a small u-bolt that i flatten on top.

Well i tryed another thing. I strapped the warrior to a pole and hooked up my come-alone to the bolt followed by a washer and the nut. hooked it up to my truck and started ratcheting on it and got the bolt to move about another 3cm. till i stripped the nut. I should have the bolt out within a...
