Probably has dirt in the pull lever. Take it apart carefully so the spring doesnt go flying.clean it, use some dry type lube and you should be good.

I bought a flat steel plate from home depo. Took some U bolts put around the frame,marked the holes,drilled em out attached the plate after marking and drilling holes for the winch. put on winch. Havnt had any probs with the plate moving or the frame bending.let me know if you guys want me to...

Here is my 02 wolvy.Plan on upgrading the pipe,filter,clutch,tires & rims,and some light motor mods. Current mods include winch,warn 424,handle bars, handle bar mounted lights and gun racks,hand gaurds,gun boot mount.

Why would you have to take the wheels off? you just screw on the adapter,put in air ,unscrew adapter,seems pretty simple to me.

You dont ,you use the holes allready there.
