does anybody have a wiring diagram for an 03 warrior for the cdi sytem i could see?

I think thatswhat it is, does all electrical circuits go threwthe cdi box? And also i have a spare cdi from a 99,mine is an 03 is their a way to use the 99 box, they have the same connecters i think but they arent compatible...

I just did a frame up rebuild and have no fire anywhere not to the lights pr nothing i was messing around with the cdi and woof the lights came on i ifidled around with it saw their was a skinned wire repaired it tried it again and now i cant get anything at all. U guys think its e cdi its self?

I think i. Gonna swap frames, i already got fenders off and a arms, steps, shifter air box, top end on engine (waiting for my wiseco piston)' i guess i can do the rest in one weekend, i just hait doing the wiring harness and brakes... The other frame is completely naked and its very ugly with...

the frame has been painted and i cant find the vin i have a spare frame and checked out i found my problem, even tho the bike has 03 fenders it is a 1988 on the regirestration i didn't check it when i baught the bike, the a arms fit well on the other frame, Now i am lost on what i should do...

I baught a used warrior and the ball joints were shot in the a arms so i decided to swap them out with another set i have, now i went and all painted them up and went to put them on and they dont fit!!! The lower arm on the bike have a bigger mounting area than the spares i got with the bike...

Ill stop by the yamaha dealer later toget the cylinder bore measured cause im pretty sure its been overseized i will ask mechanics opinion at the same time. At the monMent only money in the engine i plan on puttting is the piston and 2 gaskets, what piston shout i be going for je, wisco...

I can,t see why i couldnt repaire it the gouges are not deep and its not at an area where say the gasket would be sitting, just a bit of grinding with the dremel to bring it flat and my guess is it would be good to go UNLESS its going to screw up the combustion chamber that bad, or if i notice...

Okay think i found the problem... It starts at the air filter and ends up in the cylinder head lol. The air filter was unproperly atached and air box was full of crap it most likely swallow dirt and didn't didgest it very well, the piston and cylinder head met in a small corner and it banged up...

okay here is the deal, just baught an 03 warrior i will be tearing the engine apart (this week end if i can find the time), it don't work. Starter turns and a clunking sound is comming from the engine at some point in the rotation. I baught this thing from a friend and one of the last times it...
