If you wore into your rotor, then the new pad will wear down fast (experience from my R1). You probably need a new rotor.

I got an MSR bar for 22 or so and they match the OEM blue plastics perfect.

It's in my bike and I love it....Kinda has that 'potato, potato, potato' sound when it idles. I've ridden stock warriors and it is a huge difference from stock.
