    Carb issues

I have not had problems with my accel pumps, but I can see how they can easily stick if a bit dirty. It is possible dirt in the system or bad jetting, but I found with both of my Warriors that a little fine tuning of the low speed adjuster screw completely removed the stumble. If you have a...

    warrior carb problems

There is a link for the manual download on this site. That info is in it. Sounds like a problem in the primary circuit, better clean it again and check the primary jet. Typically the float height is only an issue for the main circuit because the primary circuit has the jet positioned lower...

    Cam Timing

I havent had the gear off on the warrior but when I did the top end on the 200x, I realized that you could put the cam gear on "inside out". This would cause the timing always to be .5 tooth out one way or the other. Possibility?

    Warrior ?s

I have 22 mudlights and stock sprockets, UNI filter, Cobra pipe and jetting and top end is about the same as the 650 Cat and a little faster than the 450 KingQuad. I have no reason to believe my engine has been modified, but you never know with an older used bike. Front sprockets are cheap...

    Clutch and Tires

It didn't fall out of gear. No question that it is the clutch. You have obviously not had a clutch wear out on you.

    lower a-frame ball joint

Yes and no. The are not designed as replaceable, but for a guy with a machine/fab shop and some skill/ingenuity they are replaceable. However, if I were to charge a proper shop rate to start doing them for other people it would cost as much or more than buying ebay arms. The only advantage is...

    Clutch and Tires

I say it is the clutch. If the chain is skipping on the sprockets you would definitely know it (unless you are deaf). I have not done a Warrior clutch, but I like the Barnett kit. The EBC drc kit is a little less money and a lot of guys are happy with it in the EX. I will likely be doing the...

    I hate Carbs.......NEED HELP ASAP

Hey dead, I am not sure why it is running crap but it sounds like the drain screw other has a FU tip or the seat is pitted (or both). In my experience that screw is one of the 1st places a carb will corrode because it is basically open to atmosphere out the drain tube and people rarely ever...

    4x4 what would you buy....

If you need a true 4x4 I wouldn't get a Honda. They are a dead reliable machine but Honda is still too stupid to put a locking front diff in them like all the competition has. Kodiak or grizzly are really nice, I also like the Suzuki King Quads.

    Hello everyone

quote] The oil/filter was a given. As for the carb I have it off and will be soaking it in a bucket of carb cleaner because this thing was GUMMED UP. Hopefully it will free up and work properly so I dont have to buy another one. If it is not corroded it will be fine with some TLC and a...

    Hello everyone

Welcome I would pull the carb, clean it and install a rebuild kit and get a new air filter as well. Oil and filter is a good idea too.

    Carb jet setup

The hotcam is likely going to make it breath a little deeper but the intake needs upsized to accomodate fosho

    Hydroplaning/water skipping

My buddy hit the bars last week (not from water planing) at a fairly low speed, with a MX helmet on. 1st surgery was 8 hours, he had his face removed to have his jaw cheek and eye socket plated, epoxied and remoulded. 2nd surgery was just to plate and wire his jaw on the other side. Point is...

how to install a new clutch?

A good trick to keep things from turning (to loosen the nut) is put a penny in the gears. Never use a screwdriver or anything hard, that is a recipe for broken gear teeth.
