Well, got back in the state last night, picked everything up so far except the motor. Time for the jig saw.

Threads are good, it was just the heads. Wrong tool and they aparantly didn't give up. I got em all out after a little finesse. Did however have to chase the frame after I got it back. Should be picking up the rest from powder coating tomorrow, if so, will post some pics.

Ok, broke the motor down on the warrior today, motor is good, an idiot took it apart previously and stripped every screw there is in it, not a problem though, got a stainless set for it, just gotta be carefull. Carb was full of blue silicone. Also, gaskets were missing or blown out and they...

Honestly, I didn't realize how many people like the 350x motor. I had it for sale for a long time. The 300ex frame needed pretty much everything.

Building an 89 Blaster for my girlfriend to ride, staying stock on motor but will be looking to buy: nerf bars, a front left fender, a front bumber, grab bar, maybe shocks if not too expensive, skid plates. Also have an 04 Warrior mid way through build, looking for Nerf Bars, Shocks...

Just got the free back from powder coating, dropping most of the other pieces off tomorrow. Then on to the motor.

Thanks, wasn't quite sure, gonna stick with them for a bit longer, wish shocks weren't so damn expensive. Guess I could try to find a decent progressive Banshee.. That's the problem on a rebuild though, how much do you truly want to spend..

Does this look like stock suspension to you guys? The front are 5 way adjustable, the rear looks stock but I'm not 100% do to this being my first warrior.

So I dropped the frame off to be powder coated, gonna see how good it looks before I take the rest in to be done. Hopefully I'll have that back soon. Just got the first round of parts in Unrestricted CDI, Brand new wiring harness and 6sigma stage 3 jet kit. Still waiting on my aluminum airbox...
