This is the parts you would need from yamaha to do it.. This doesn't include the custom piston, stroking to 77mm on the stock crank, gaskets (custom base and headgasket), oversized sleeve, machining of windage tray, case to except the jug, cylinder bored to 90mm and new sleeve pressed in from FST or where ever you decide to have it done.
Some other prices are,
$61.00 bigger grizzly battery to turn the pig over
$165.00 cam
$95 valve springs
$95 oil cooler
$35 larger intake valve
$75 high flow intake tube and air filter
$200-$500 38-40mm FZR or Mikuni flat slide with accel pump carb
$250-400 head port and flow and install bigger valve 3 angle valve job
$25 HD clutch springs

Thats a lot of $$$. Wonder how reliable that would be?

I think reliable it would be ok.. A lot depends on the one putting it together and how much time they take doing it.

I could think about doing this if you have your own machine shop and got all the parts for cheap off of ebay. But even then I have a hard time justifing the fact of spending so much money on something so dated.

FYI Dunlap no longer produces this kit because the cases on some machines weren't holding up to the torque it produces.
