warrior 350 bogging and popping

okay guys so i just rebuilt my warrior it was bored 40. over i put it all back together started it up the idle was really high so i put 150 in it the idle went down but now its bogging and popping. another issue before i rebuild it. it would start up and run but then backfire though carb and shut off dose anyone know what it would be ?

I also had this same problem, I switched to a 150 main also, didnt fix it, bought a 47.5 pilot jet and im running sweet!

Jet r us, cost me about 13$$$ but check with your local dealer first!!!

okay so right now im running fmf pipe,open lid air box with k&n air filter also bored 40. over what jet and pilot should i use ?

check safety wires at handlebars also
