I also had to get a new swing arm because when i bent my axle i also cracked my swing arm but didn't realize it and i put my axle on full extension and i could hear it popping and i caught it before it completely broke off

My friend who claimed he could weld tried to weld even though he us going to school for welding it but it lasted a week and broke again so i was going to have my sister boyfriend weld it for me if i did all the other fab work first but i found a good deal on a used swing arm so i just bought one and im probably going to build an extended swing arm eventually probably +1 or 2 with a honda style carrier

Here are pictures of it

That last picture is of the hill climb it was a slimy mess
Here is a video of a jeep going up the hill climb they run after quads and bikes
https://vimeo.com/169762508 my dad raced his stock warrior but he only did one lap because it was too rocky for him and his stock suspension
Those 660 shock were amazing in the rocky sections I could almost keep up with the stock 450's in the rocky sections because i could almost float over the rocks
Here is i pic of my skidplate after the race

Most of the rocks were immobile but some of them stuck out of the ground 8-10 inches it was very rocky in most of the sections, it was a 5 mile lap and there were 3 laps

And i need steering stem bearings and a steering stem because i found out my steering stem is bent where the tie rods attach but the steering stem bearings have alot of play in them

Place looks awesome! And I can relate to those jagged rocks. My last ride was like that. Ended up with a flat

the place is awesome, the rocks weren't really jagged they were rounded but they where just unavoidable, i was running 2 ply tires in the front one had a tube because the previous bent the wheel from racing at line mountain and i had bent it back but i bent it again and screwed up the bead to the point of no return, i got new front wheels for it but didn't want to race on those. i was really surprised i didn't break anything there were two guys on brand new yfz450r's and they both broke on the first lap and my quad is 20+ years old and i finished :atv:
