so today i got a-arm bushings and a drilled cover from sparkymichigan, thanks dude you are awesome! so i ordered a timing chain, hayden 401 oil cooler, and gaskets so yay!
EDIT: i forgot to mention my custom kickups on my footpegs, and heres some pics:

I have one request. .....please don't paint the wheels! I love the old school look this thing has
 
nope wheels are staying gold cept the dick creek tires i got cause they are 8"ers and the rims are silver.
 
What type of fitting are those on the clutch cover ??
 
I would of left it as is as I really like your quad as a 1st gen, but have fun moddin.
 
Deadlast it just gonna get simple performance mods its staying a first gen dude. I'm not going crazy. Like filtration, reinforced upper a-arms, shocks, a hotcam, nothing too crazy!
 
Ok got the oil cooler on, engine back in, got wheel spacers on, (thanks phantomlord!) got a modded cover on, (thanks sparky!) and I got a new timing chain! I'm a happy camper today!
