My buddy has a 95 warrior he just bought. The previous owner just replaced the starter clutch on the atv. after replacing the starter clutch it would not start. After my buddy bought it, we have been trying to get it running. We have came to the conclusion that the timing is off. However we have set it the way it is supposed to be set with no luck. When we line the "T" up with the line in the peep hole which is supposed to mean that the piston is top dead center, the piston is actually at the bottom of the head. Could the previous owner have put the flywheel or starter clutch in wrong that would make the timing 180* out.
How do I fix this????:atv:
