Banshee shocks REALLY SOFT??

I just added a set of Banshee shocks I got off ebay and they seem like they are really soft....I know from reading on here that they are softer but this seems excessively soft....

When I bounce up and down on like I am riding it the front seems to "dive" more than the back, kinda like its porpoising like a boat!?!?!?

I set them as stiff as possible on setting number 5 and it does help some.

Does this seem normal to those who have swapped to banshee shocks or are these things from fleabay blown out!?!?

I have no other way to test it out until I drive 2 hours away except to run it up and down my street....

oops.... 250 lbs or so...not too light I know but this thing dives bad.
I did swap them out with another set of Banshee shocks and it is the same, so i guess the shocks are working okay because they feel fine on my banshee.

I'll have to give them a shot in the trails then decide if I am going back to the factory shocks or keeping these.
