So will this shock work i've seen on here that the 01 Raptor shock will work but i thought it had to have the remote rez.

Just ordered conversion kit picking up shocks tomorrow when kit comes in ill take step by step pics of install this may be a good solution for us with + 2 a arms

Already been done man it is a proven kit. It's a little heavy though.
