yeah, my cousin's banshee has the whole engine polished...he told me chrome, but i dont think aluminum can be chromed

I chromed mine...

Chrome is very low maintenance and keeping **** polished is a PAIN IN THE ASS on quads.

Aluminum can't be Chromed. I was going to have a paintball gun chromed once. Too bad I found this out after I had the paint stripped, but I never had a mirror finish on it when I polished it. I sanded the entire thing with different grits of sand paper and than polished it. Good work.

like this??? notice valve covers and timing chain adjuster, and starter too!!!!

use AIRCRAFT REMOVER paint stripper to get paint off, maybe 3 doses, if you use a wheel, make sure it brass, then use WHITE polishing compound
