I recently purchased a 91 warrior and was told the wiring was redone, butchered in reality, and once i started going thru what was left of the harness i noticed the cdi stator and rectifier where from a 96 and up. The previous owner said he couldnt get spark and had someone go thru the wiring while putting on new parts. My question is, if the flywheel was changed? I know that the electrical can all be changed and work since the motor never really changed as long as all is year correct, so how can i identify what year my flywheel is? I already have a 91 harness cdi and stator, should i try as is, or will any damage be occured if the wrong flywheel is used. Any help would be awesome!
