Hey guys I have a 2001 and a 2000 warrior the 2001 has fuel and spark but won't start checked the timing but it backfiring through the carb idk


The 2000 has no spark so got a new pickup coil stator key switch coil cdi box and still no spark really need help.
 
On the 2001 inspect the intake manifold for damage. They rip wide open and suck air, causing the no start (or hard start) plus backfiring that you are experiencing.

On the 2000, are you sure that you have the correct year range stator/flywheel/cdi combo? There are several different variants through the years. Also, bypass the parking brake switch on the clutch perch. Most cases, it will run, but run poorly.
