Whats up dudes!!! Long time rider, but new to the forum! I just picked up an 01 warrior AKA basket case. Piston was frozen to the cylinder wall. Got a new jug off of Ebay form TopNotch performance. Really nice unit, but the grove on the bottom that holds the O-ring is not the deep at all. Have any of you guys ran into this and should I try to use the O-ring. Any help and or advice is most welcome.

To late

I contacted Topnotch Performance, They said it really does not matter... I could use it or don't use one... So I did not put in place. I guess we will see. Will post results!

Well ladies and gents, I guess it does not matter..... I fired up the old warrior and it didn't leak. So I guess you can leave the O-ring out on an aftermarket cylinder.... It lite right off. That quad has not run in 6 years..... What a good day!!!
