hello... well i just bought my first quad... got a 96 warrior 350, the guy said it has a 400 bore kit in it, but i have no way of knowing for sure untill i pull the head on it... i own a custom bike/powdercoating shop... so i am sure down the line this will find it's way onto one of our lifts... but till then i am just going to rip it around... found the site and wanted to join up for the wealth of info!
looking for some heel guards or nerf bars for her though... not a fan of just the pegs... also looking for a new front fender combo as the one i have is held on by zip ties and that is not going to work if i paint this sucker.

ordered HID kid for it, and i will be getting the parking brake eliminator kit as well off ebay. other than that i do not know much about it, new rebuilds in the shocks, bushing kit, and some tires are some of the mods i know off.. but thats about all but i also need to add a tail light... went out for a rip last night and my buddy almost rear ended me hahahaha!

from Elgin IL and my shop is in Woodstock

here are some pics

As for your plastics they don't look broken? You could probably rivet it back together??

Edit:

man i can not thank you enough for posting that vid! really answered a ton of my questions!!!!

Welcome, congrats, thats a nice bike!

ya the whole quad is geared for it so i think the tires will stay as is... our shop sits on a good amount of land and we are really into snowmobiles... really into them, we have 7 at the shop and are building one ground up right now... so this summer my busn partner cut all these trails/paths though to build a snow cross style track... well no snow... so we got some quads to play with instead, he has a 660 raptor pretty worked up he got for a screaming deal, so i picked this one up... it gets pretty sloppy back there in the woods and this sucker really does well in some deep nasty mud. all in all about 3/4 to a mile worth of trail cut... prob more in the spring will be made... nice way to take a break while working or waiting on the oven to time out.

here are just a few of some of our past creations... least the bikes/sleds, dont have any pics of the cars
