What's up guys.

I am new to the ATV scene. I just recently got out of building drag cars for a while as I am looking to buy some land to build a new home, so the expensive hobby had to go for a while.

However, I quickly realized that without something to tinker with I would go insane, so a friend at work got me into the ATV stuff.

I picked up a 94 Warrior 350 in ok shape. It had some good parts on it, and the motor is supposedly punched to a 420 (certainly feels like it).

Anyways, I am just about done going through it. I stripped the bike down to the frame, base/ cleared the frame, redid everything....and I will hopefully ride it this weekend! I'm just waiting on my new a-arms to arrive.

The only photo I have handy at the moment is this crappy cell pic...

Hell yeah man! that thing looks killer! I like the frame color. What did you use for the base? Im a painter myself. I got a sweet Lonestar bar clamp that would look great with them protapers.

Thanks man!

I might get in touch with you on the bar clamp!

The frame is Atomic Orange with 3 coats of clear. I didn't go nuts prepping the frame because I knew it was going to get a few nicks and scratches here and there, but overall it came out really nice....better then I expected at least lol.

Ok cool. I got it on ebay now, it has 1 day left. You can check it out if you want. Heres the link for it, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180661600063&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT. It came with my Lonestar stem i have but i use a diff clamp to mount the lights up by the bars. Its billet aluminum.

Hah i use saftey paint for mine....was to lazy to get it PC'd, its chipping BAD lol

welcome to the site. Killer quad and it sounds like you one your way to mod the wardog out. Ur in the right place. 420 egh? Makes me wonder. Any plans to tear into the engine?

welcome to the site!! yeah I don't know about 420 kit, not to say there isn't one but the closest I know of is the 400/410 from CWR and the 430 from Powroll

Thanks guys.

Yea...like I said, I am new to ATVs and I am just going off what the previous owner told me, but there is def some work done to the motor whatever it is lol. Motor def has some compression.

From what I can see without tearing the motor down, I have the FMF Power Bomb, White Brothers Exhaust (removed the baffles so its straight through), bigger carb (stock carb came in the parts box), and an oil cooler.

I changed the stator with an RM unit, replaced the coil, replaced the CDI...but the stator is as far as I have gone into the motor. I don't plan on ripping into it any further unless it blows lol.

Other mods include full set of Maier carbon white plastics, durablue axle, full flight +2 a-arms should be here tomorrow, yfz 450 headlights, Protaper bars and grips, and 22" tires all around.

Get them baffles back in there, you got the one exhaust alot of guys are looking for, because it is one of the best for a Warrior. Besides straight piping isnt the greatest idea as the 350 does like some back pressure.

Sweet bike tell us if it gets hot I've got a feeling its got a sroked bigbore in there and if you ever tear into it get is some specs on the internals!!! And welcome to the site

The exhaust is a White Brothers E-Series.
The carb is a Mikuni VM series. I believe its a VM30-40.

Here are a few pics of from when I started about 2 weeks ago to where I am now...

Hell yeah man. Great build so far. Excellent choice on the eSeries.

Your on your way man. If only you had the specifics on ur engine build.

Thanks for the kudos guys.

Last night I got it all back together and took some pics today. There are still a few kinks to work out, and I need to buy a bumper and a grab bar, but you get the idea.

Overall im really happy with the way it came out. I was going to leave the front wheels polished, but I dont really care for it. I am going to pull them back off and flat black them like the rears.
